The challenge
A single high-value residence has to be understood before a buyer ever arrives. The available material was a set of daylight photographs — accurate, but with no atmosphere and no sense of how the house is lived in.
Visual direction
A restrained twilight language: warm interior light against cool architecture, long horizontal framing, no styling clutter. The house reads as calm, private and expensive rather than staged.
